Start by choosing a style on our site — or design a fully custom set with our team. As soon as you order, we send you a free, easy-to-use impression kit so we can capture your exact fit. Prefer to come in? Book an LA appointment and we’ll take your impressions in person. Either way, it’s risk‑free.
Step 2 — We Handcraft Your Grillz
Made by hand in Los Angeles, built to your exact teeth.
Send your impressions back in the prepaid packaging — no dentist visit required. We turn them into a precise 3D model of your teeth, and one of our certified Grillz.com craftsmen reviews every detail before handcrafting your set in solid gold, diamonds, or the materials you selected.
Step 3 — Perfect Fit, Delivered
Your finished grillz arrive fitting snug and secure.
We share a preview of your design, then ship your completed grillz to you all at once — no waiting on partial orders. When they arrive, you’ll make sure they fit snug and comfortable.

How does Grillz.com work?
Each set is custom‑molded to your exact teeth. We map your bite in advance with a free impression kit sent to your home; you send it back, and we handcraft your grillz based on the style and materials you selected. Once they’re finished, we ship them straight to you.
What are grillz?
Grillz are custom tooth caps worn over your natural teeth. They can be crafted in solid yellow, white or rose gold, sterling silver, diamonds, or CZ — gold and diamonds are the most popular. They’re fully removable and require no permanent dental work.
