If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and Services immediately.

Payment Methods:

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Cryptocurrency, and other approved methods. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.

Shipping and Delivery:

Returns and Refunds:

Custom-made products, including custom grillz, are non-refundable. For other products, refunds or exchanges may be available within 14 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee of 15%. For more information, please review our Return and Refund Policy.

5. DMCA Compliance – Copyright Infringement Claims

Grillz respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been infringed on our Site, you may submit a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRILLZ.COM, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid to Grillz in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Binding Arbitration:

You and Grillz agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules. Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, California. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Small Claims:

You or Grillz may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

11. General Provisions

Applicable Law:

These Terms and any disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Grillz.com, Inc. regarding your use of the Site and Services.
